I manage a wide range of commercial, R&D, quality technical contracts viz., contract manufacturing, loan license agreements, manufacturing & supply agreements, clinical trials, master service agreements, quality & technical agreements, term sheets, MOUs, general service agreements and various types of deeds like Lease deeds, sale deeds, Affidavits, POAs and notices, and ensure that they align with the company's policies and standards. I also advise senior management on legal risks, compliances, litigation, support M&A and coordinate with external legal counsels to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of litigation cases viz., recovery, arbitration, labour, M&A transactions and other regulatory & statutory compliance. Additionally, I have proficiency in real estate matters, drafting and reviewing various types of deeds and property documents and providing legal opinions on real estate matters.
