I have successfully managed eight regional teams to implement BharatNet Phase-2, a central government of India project. This project connected over 5000 gram panchayats to the Internet, significantly enhancing rural connectivity. My responsibilities included leading my team, coordinating with various vendor teams, and ensuring the timely completion of all project tasks. My expertise in project management, team coordination, and vendor management played a crucial role in the seamless execution of this large-scale initiative.
