A bit about me:
-I've worked for organizations as large as $40b-$50b+ in annual revenue to as small as under $1m, still trying to find market fit. Where I am most impactful is between Series A-C, companies on their journey from $3m - $100m in revenue, and company team sizes from about 25 - 300 (will go smaller for the right product/team).
- I've been part of five companies and 2 from them have had successful exits. While impressive as that may be, and I learned a lot, I also learned a lot from the two that failed. Net: I’ve seen a lot.
- I am a builder and love getting my hands dirty. Partnering with the team to build out the right processes and operations for scale, investing in and developing team skills, or building out tools
- While Customer Success is where I live in the organization because I am passionate about it, I have owned various other parts of organizations. A few to mention: Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Recruiting, Finance, Biz Ops, IT and have managed P&L. This has helped me have a more well-rounded view of what's needed organization-wide to set up the right process, systems, and team to drive the right outcomes.
What I am looking for:
- I am agnostic on the industry. I have worked in various industries (as you can see from my resume). I love working with companies that have a strong mission and a team that I want to link arms with!
- I would like an earlier-stage company, maybe series A or B, with under 200 team members (am open to larger), as I feel like I could partner with the leadership at that size and help make a big impact. I prefer the B2B enterprise motion, but I am again open.
